At Mediahuis, we're looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our Customer Care Platform team. You'll help build and evolve the digital solutions that power subscription management, self-service, and customer interactions for millions of users across the Benelux.
As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you design, build, test, and maintain applications across the entire technology stack. You work on scalable, high-performing, and reliable solutions, taking ownership of everything you build—from analysis and design to deployment and production support.
Working closely with developers, technical analysts, and product stakeholders, you translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions. You develop and maintain applications within a modern microservices architecture based on .NET, Node.js, and React, while actively contributing to architectural discussions and key technical decisions.
You will join TPS, Mediahuis’ international technology organization. As part of the Customer Care Platform team, you will collaborate with developers, technical analysts, and other specialists to build and maintain the platforms that support subscription management, CRM integrations, and digital customer interactions across the Benelux. Your primary workplace will be Amsterdam. We work in a hybrid setup, collaborating from the office two days a week. In addition, you will occasionally travel to Antwerp to work with colleagues from other teams across the Mediahuis group.
You combine technical expertise with ownership, curiosity, and a pragmatic mindset. You have an excellent command of English and feel comfortable working in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across the Benelux. Knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage. You enjoy building solutions that have a direct impact on the user experience and thrive in a collaborative environment where teams work together to achieve the best outcomes.
You have experience with C#/.NET and TypeScript/JavaScript and are comfortable working in a full-stack environment. You are familiar with REST APIs, relational databases, and CI/CD practices, and you enjoy contributing to architectural discussions and technical improvements. Experience with technologies such as Python, FastAPI, Redis, RabbitMQ, Azure, AWS, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Auth0, API gateways, and AI-assisted development is considered a plus.
