Your impact

You will own our marketing technology and customer lifecycle solutions end-to-end: from the first click to a loyal subscriber. You safeguard the roadmap and translate business needs into concrete, achievable actions. You lead a team of IT experts, work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, and keep control over scope, budget, performance, and team dynamics.

Additionally:

Translate business priorities into a clear product backlog and well-defined requirements.
Make decisions on features and technical direction at solution level.
Build and inspire a multidisciplinary team that delivers measurable results together.

This will be your spot.

You’ll be part of TPS, the international IT and data organisation of Mediahuis. Your solutions touch marketing technology, customer data, contract and revenue systems, and business intelligence. Together, these systems form the foundation for understanding customer behaviour and continuously optimising the journey from reader to subscriber.

What makes you a great fit

You are a proactive and structured problem solver with a strong sense of ownership. You make decisions even when not all information is available. You believe in data-driven marketing and have a clear vision of how technology strengthens customer relationships.

In addition:

Experience leading IT teams within MarTech environments.
Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Tealium, Zephr, HubSpot, Adobe Marketing Cloud or comparable.
Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Looker or Cognos is a plus.
A background in product or solution ownership within MarTech or e-commerce.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to bridge business and tech.
A hands-on mindset when it comes to budget management, vendors, delivery results, and HR aspects.
