Met jouw visie en leiderschap zorg je voor betrouwbare, schaalbare en toekomstbestendige klantdata-, CRM- en financiële systemen. As Solution Owner Subscriber, you are at the foundation of our new B2C IT organisation. With your vision and leadership, you ensure reliable, scalable, and future-ready customer data, CRM, and financial systems. In doing so, you make a direct impact on millions of subscribers across all our brands.

You are end-to-end responsible for the core systems around customer data, subscriptions, CRM, and billing. You define and manage the roadmap, translate business needs into concrete solutions, and ensure teams and vendors deliver what is required. You act as the connecting link between business and IT and maintain control over quality, budget, and timelines.

Additionally:

  • You manage the product backlog and roadmap to realise maximum business value for subscription data and billing solutions.
  • You make decisions on functionalities and technical direction at solution level.
  • You build and lead a multidisciplinary team of IT specialists and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  • You are responsible for all aspects of delivery, including scope, budget, vendor contracts, and team well-being.
  • You define the strategic direction of our subscriber solutions and bring a clear vision for the further development of customer data and automated subscription processes.
You will be part of TPS, the international IT and data organisation of Mediahuis. Here, we develop and manage the B2C processes for customer relationships, subscriptions, and billing. You work in a dynamic, international environment where collaboration, scalability, and innovation are central. The solution landscape consists of back-office systems and platforms that support customer relationships, subscriptions, and billing across multiple brands.

You are a proactive and structured professional with courage and a strong sense of ownership. You dare to make decisions, even when not all information is available. You have a clear vision on the development of customer data and related processes, communicate clearly, and know how to connect teams and disciplines. In complex environments, you maintain overview and focus.

Additionally:

  •  Experience with business processes and CRM systems, including complex data flows.
  • Affinity with financial processes such as billing and revenue recognition.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Stripe, Chargebee, or similar.
  • Experience as a product owner or solution owner, preferably within a group or enterprise IT environment.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, and familiarity with Agile ways of working.
