We are looking for an Interim AI Literacy & Adoption Program Manager to lead a company-wide initiative focused on AI literacy and adoption across Mediahuis. This temporary role involves owning the project from start to finish, collaborating with key stakeholders across our international operations, and developing tailored AI training courses to facilitate understanding and integration across diverse teams.

Your impact

You'll drive organizational transformation by establishing AI literacy as a core competency across Mediahuis. Through strategic training program development and stakeholder collaboration, you'll enable teams across Antwerp, Amsterdam, Ireland, Luxembourg, and Germany to confidently adopt AI tools and practices, positioning the company at the forefront of media innovation.

Your role:

Define tailored AI training content together with our internal stakeholders; the solution owners, product teams and business stakeholders
Own and drive the AI literacy project end-to-end, ensuring that the design for both generic and tailored training courses is made, while managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple countries.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to identify training needs, establish OKRs, and ensure alignment on implementation strategies.
Monitor program effectiveness through continuous feedback collection and impact measurement, providing guidance on AI adoption best practices throughout the organization.
Ensure budget tracking is maintained and provide regular budget updates.

Your team: You'll join Technology & Product Studio (TPS), Mediahuis' Group IT & data department, where passion, innovation, and customer focus come together in the dynamic media landscape. As part of TPS, the beating heart of innovation in our group, you'll make sure that the whole organization is ready for AI.

You'll join a dynamic project that spans across Mediahuis' international operations, giving you the unique opportunity to shape AI adoption across one of Europe's leading media companies. You'll work directly with senior leadership and diverse teams to drive meaningful organizational change. Of course, you won't need to do this alone you will collaborate closely with our business partners, leads, and AI team.

What makes you a great fit

You're a proactive leader with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently while adapting to evolving needs. You have a solid understanding of AI concepts and trends, combined with excellent communication skills that enable you to translate complex topics into accessible training content for diverse audiences. You have a strong stakeholder sensitivity in understanding the different stakeholders and their needs

Furthermore, experience in the following skills would help you get up to speed quickly:

3+ years of program management or project management experience, ideally in AI literacy or digital transformation
Proven experience in defining, tracking, and measuring progress through OKRs
Experience designing and implementing corporate training programs with familiarity in e-learning platforms
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across multiple European locations
