As a publisher with over 30 news brands, we are committed to providing independent, high-quality journalism that millions of people turn to every day. With our Customer journey builder platform, we have a tool that, through using smart customer journeys, is designed to offer the right message to the right people.
You will be on the frontline of the platform implementation on our news sites and apps, as part of the customer journey team. This platform allows our business colleagues to design user journeys based on various data. Our team supports business and continually improves the platform and adds new features.
Currently, half of our new subscribers are converted through our paywall. We aim to increase this potential by further enhancing the Customer Journey Builder.
You will join Technology & Product Studio (TPS), Mediahuis' Group IT & data department, where passion, innovation, and customer focus come together in the dynamic media landscape. Collaborating with colleagues across various countries, you will develop innovative digital solutions used by all our media brands.
You will join the Customer Journey Builder team, a small group of four colleagues focused on developing sales and marketing solutions.
You are independent and proactive, able to take initiative and work autonomously. At the same time, you’re a communicative team player who collaborates easily with other teams and stakeholders. You will bring creativity to find solutions using both third-party applications and your own code.
