We are looking for a technical application Specialist for the subscription solutions team within our Group Technology Department. 

Your Impact. 

Your role has an impact on our entire business. Thanks to your efforts, readers can subscribe and log in to our news titles, partners know where to deliver newspapers, clients have access to their personal online environments, Mediahuis can handle invoicing efficiently. The subscription services tool is integrated across the entire Mediahuis application landscape, making your impact substantial.

Your role includes.

• You will analyze technical questions and decide whether to solve it yourself, have it solved or guide questioner to the solution;
• You will collaborate with your team to improve the system and test new features;
• Identifying potential issues in the system: You will continuously monitor the optimal coherence between the different parts of the application;
• You will contribute to cross-team projects, such as system upgrades and expanding the self-service platform for subscribers.

Furthermore experience in the following skills would help you get up to speed quickly.:

• An in depth SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of Postman, ETL (sql Server integration services), Powershell or other scripting language 
• A degree in Informatics or Development is a plus
